A fairy is an elemental spirit that does not go through the reincarnation process and is not part of the after life. They have been created by the environment and have an existence in their own right.
Fairies appear in locations noted for paranormal activity. This fairy was photographed along the Rail Road track on the Gettysburg Battle Field where Union and Confederate soldiers slugged it out on the first day.

This fairy hovers near a hospital site at Gettysburg. Note it is larger than a pane of glass in the building.
